About Us

Konstellation is an organization whose vision is to allow for both new and seasoned investors to pursue a wide variety of investment opportunities in the DeFi and cryptocurrency market. Konstellation is also the name of the blockchain mainnet developed by the organization. It is often helpful to distinguish between Konstellation as an organization and Konstellation as a blockchain mainnet.

Konstellation ecosystem initiatives and related projects include:

  • Digital Asset Management: VegaX Holdings, a global digital asset management platform with over 100 million USD in current assets on platform
  • DEX: Taebit, a decentralized FX powered omni-currency exchange
  • Carbon Credits: Karbon Network, a decentralized platform for the financing lifecycle of carbon credit projects.

**The post holder will be employed by Konstellation working across Konstellation and VegaX

Job Description

This is truly a unique opportunity especially for anyone who is a believer in the future of web3. As an evangelist of Konstellation’s intercryoto operability across various investment markets, the post holder will keep track of latest trends and issues being connected with key players in the global blockchain scene, translate them into our business directions and identify strong allies along the way to a bigger success.

The post holder will be keenly communicating with our CEO and other key management as well.


  • Lead establishment of Konstellation's web 3 partnership strategies and plan out its execution
  • Network and maintain key relationships with core industry partners to further development efforts, market liquidity and other business development initiatives
  • Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both key markets and users, as well as potential ecosystem partners
  • Network and grow our pipeline on contacts that fit inside the narrative
  • Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up
  • Establish business critical partnership that will form the stack
  • Take ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success
  • Work with our existing partners and investors to grow our network
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure we are working effectively with our managements


  • You have 3+ years of partnership management experience in a web3/DeFi/NFT fintech
  • You have deep awareness of Ethereum, Solanar, DeFi & NFT ecosystems
  • You have extensive contacts across the market
  • You have a business and growth mindset, and know how to create win-win scenarios for all parties
  • You live and use crypto and dapps, not just sell them
  • You are simply great to be around
  • You are a self-starter, and you take pride in your integrity and work ethic
  • You are a skilled communicator, able to convey complex concepts to different audiences
  • You have a strong network and can leverage it to help build the
  • stack
  • You have a passion for changing the world for the better
  • You have worked in startups before, and you are comfortable with ambiguity
