Join Team8 as a Marketing Manager in Tel Aviv, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the Team8 brand through captivating marketing collateral, dynamic events, thought leadership initiatives, and a robust digital presence. This role also involves providing strategic go-to-market support to startups in our Digital Health Foundry, making it a unique and impactful opportunity.

If you have a successful track record in driving marketing efforts for early-stage startups and possess expertise in brand building and thought leadership programs, we want to hear from you. . As the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with our leadership team and our portfolio companies on strategic marketing initiatives, content creation and messaging to support portfolio company founders, and to strengthen our global community, the Team8 "Village," which is comprised of enterprise c-level executives and esteemed thought leaders in technology and academia.

The target audiences for Team8’s marketing activities include

  • Entrepreneurs and the Startup ecosystem: position Team8 as the ideal partner for top-notch founders, and the venture group of choice for startups seeking investments(2) C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and even CEO and Board Members) in 2000 global enterprises: support marketing initiatives that cater to prospective customers and design partners for our portfolio companies, and that will attract design partners for (3) Israeli R&D talent, potential employees for Team8 portfolio companies: develop compelling marketing activities that will attract the right candidates to our family

Responsibilities

  • Support both Team8 and its portfolio companies' marketing goals.
  • Develop and edit various content and branding assets, including customer decks, case studies, blog posts, one-pagers, presentations, brochures, sales decks, landing pages, press releases, social media commentary, event invitations, ebooks, infographics, white papers, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Support the creation of portfolio companies' marketing collateral (including investors deck, website, social media assets etc.)
  • Plan and organize events to brand and position Team8 Health and its companies. Plan and drive PR strategy for Team8 Health and its portfolio companies.
  • Establish and maintain portfolio companies’ positioning & messaging from inception to later stages.
  • Create and execute a company launch plan for portfolio companies.
  • Prepare and submit high-profile external speaking engagements and press releases, as well as initiate interviews and prepare Team8 partners and employees for media opportunities
  • Initiate content and thought leadership articles for top-tier media in collaboration with Team8 partners, our research group, portfolio companies, and villagers in our network.
  • Contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, developing inbound organic traffic, and more.
  • Contribute original thinking to content by researching trends, insights, and developments in Digital health and the impact of new technology on the enterprise.
  • Use various analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Marketing Manager/ Product Marketing/ Marketing & Communications Manager experience experience in a global B2B high-tech, start-up company- A must.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial fast-paced work environment.
  • Native English and Hebrew Speaker/ Mother-tongue Level, both verbal and written- Must
  • Exceptionally strong writing skills and passion for copy-editing.
  • Proven familiarity with content management tools and producing content for the web with channel-specific knowledge (blog, website, social media, content sharing communities)
  • Proven success in building thought leadership programs.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player; quick learner; detail-oriented; used to working in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content.
  • Online marketing skills: Google, FB, Twitter, etc
  • Managing budgets.
  • Domain expertise in Digital health - a significant advantage.
