About The RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing Automation/Operations & Analytics Manager who is passionate about marketing and sales technology, lead generation, and analytics. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will inform and implement the operations strategy for our marketing team and programs. From the martech/sales stack, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics, to campaign automation, lead management, and data integrity, your efforts and insights will contribute to optimizing pipeline development and return on marketing spend. Your work is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.In this role, you will accelerate your marketing career, while helping scale the marketing automation and analytics function here at Octaura.This is an exciting time for Octaura as we are rapidly growing and are looking for energetic, collaborative and driven thinkers to join us! Please note this role is based out of our NYC office and our current structure is 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.Core responsibilities
  • Setup, manage, monitor, and advise on enhancements to the marketing technology stack and integrations
  • Support inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns and channels, ensuring messaging is aligned between internal stakeholders and that technical workflows are working as intended
  • Become our marketing automation and website performance expert, listening to the needs of stakeholders and offering smart and scalable solutions
  • Help the demand generation build campaign automation, including workflows, forms, and other automation, in support of the marketing and sales teams’ goals
  • Own marketing and sales pipeline contribution dashboard development and reports, tracking KPI and ROI across the funnel, campaigns, and channels
  • Analyze gaps in our data and drive practices that help Octaura maintain high quality, reliable performance data
  • Build and implement models and processes for passing leads and accounts to the SDRs and Sales Managers
  • Implement and evaluate testing initiatives to improve marketing execution and performance

Desired qualifications
  • 5 years of demonstrable SaaS B2B marketing operations experience
  • Passionate about using data to answer critical business questions and drive decisions
  • Experience with marketing technologies (Hubspot (must have), Google Analytics, Google Ads, LeanData, Drift, Zapier, ZoomInfo, power BI/tableau etc.)
  • Exposure to campaign orchestration, nurturing, and other marketing automation campaign capabilities
  • Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Ambitious and excited about growing in the marketing operations field
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and diligent review and analysis habits
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
  • Passion for results, measurement, and optimization to continuously drive ROI
  • Team-player, willing to go the extra mile to help other team members excel
  • Interest in finance

The base pay range for this position in New York is $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity and year-end bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
