We're looking for a multi-faceted Website Developer & Digital Designer to spearhead our website and online digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a hybrid talent, possessing deep technical knowledge in website development foremost, and also having a strong knack for digital design. You will play a pivotal role in both the conceptualization and implementation of our digital projects, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development
- Create, maintain, and optimize our website, ensuring responsive design, seamless navigation, and fast load times.
- Translate high-level requirements and wireframes into interactive HTML, CSS, and JS components.
- Maintain a current understanding of web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Website Performance Optimization
- Continuously enhance website performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless interactivity.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Test and optimize designs for performance, flexibility, and usability.
Digital Design:
- Craft compelling visuals for our digital touchpoints — be it the website UI and UX, marketing campaigns, email templates, or ad creatives for social media.
- Generate engaging animations and video content for product demos, ads, and other interactive materials.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in the marketing team to deliver digital assets for the website and other digital touchpoints to ensure a harmonized digital representation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer/Designer, Front-End Developer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Web design – solid grasp of: o HTML, CSS, and JavaScript o CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS o JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular o Responsive design using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
- Digital Design: Proficiency in: o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) o Motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) o Modern UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design and front-end development projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with HubSpot COS is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
