JOB DESCRIPTION
What does a Prepaid Enrollment Coordinator do at Green Dot?
As the Prepaid Enrollment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the setup of new clients and for problem resolution of all client and cardholder issues presented to the PEC. You will work with service providers to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for, at the direction of the Client Enrollment Manager, the backend setup of clients. You will have the opportunity to work with existing accounts to maximize active card count within each client. The PEC is responsible for problem resolution, retention & revenue growth.
As a Prepaid Enrollment Coordinator, you can look forward to:
Account Implementation/ Account Servicing
Supporting the Client Enrollment Manager by coordinating with client for the setup and planning of the client’s enrollment.
Providing backend setup of clients on the system
Coordinating the delivery of all client required deliverables.
Maximizing total opportunity within each customer
Developing high level relationships within each account to secure business
Collaborating effectively with third party service providers to effectively service customers
Account Servicing
Providing first line telephone client support and problem resolution.
Notifying the Client Enrollment Manager or management of any requests for program changes.
Relaying all significant customer or cardholder issues to the Client Enrollment Manager or management.
Collaborating effectively with third party service providers to effectively service customers

You demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, follow established rules and guidelines and receive direction. You are able to successfully work in teams and have a background in customer service.

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher plus a minimum of 6-12 months of work experience.
Creatively differentiate Wright Express products from the competition.
Develop solid internal and external contacts to effectively manage their portfolio.
Preferred:
Develop ways to gain relationships with multiple levels within the account and manage an extensive customer base
Freedom to act with limited supervision from manager.
Ability to effectively utilize the following software applications: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) and Internet Explorer for internet navigation.
