JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

  • Position will serve as a Back Office Business and System analyst, supporting data governance, production support, end to end card journey and business intelligence. Candidate will have progressive experience implementing and delivering solutions to support a state of the art business operation both internally and in partnership with vendors and customers. Experienced in all phases of the system development life cycle, including business requirements, development, testing, and support/maintenance. He/she will have knowledge of operations and reporting best practices with various levels of internal and external IT experience. Demonstration of effective written and oral communication skills, process oriented and the ability to establish rapport at all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • API development with emboss vendor and commercial partners
  • Experience with reporting in SQL and AWS
  • Project work includes collaborating with business users, project staff, IS/IT, Customers and other stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Work with Business Intelligence/Analytics team to design, expose and leverage solutions and data in support of Supply Chain business requirements and processes.
  • Ensure the quality, reliability and timeliness of all Supply Chain systems, information, data and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training to business users.
  • Act as Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert in all matters related to data and data governance.
  • Manage all issues and support with our customers and vendors as it relates to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Support all budget monitoring, reconciliation, planning and tracking efforts related to Supply Chain.
  • Master Data Management and Governance
  • Manage Oracle EBS Inventory Management & Advanced Planning.
  • Oracle production support and month-end inventory reconciliation reporting
  • API development with emboss vendor and commercial partners
  • Experience with reporting in SQL and AWS
  • Ensure the quality, reliability and timeliness of all Supply Chain systems, information, data and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training to business users.
  • Act as Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert in all matters related to data and data governance.
  • Manage all issues and support with our customers and vendors as it relates to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Support all budget monitoring, reconciliation, planning and tracking efforts related to Supply Chain.
  • Documents process flows and system specifications
  • Attends meetings with external vendors
  • Manage AWS and MicroStrategy Dashboards
  • Coordinates user acceptance testing of system enhancements and projects

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and managing Operations, Supply Chain, IT or Reporting.
  • 3+ years of SQL reporting mandatory

Preferred:

  • 2+ years in AWS - Redshift
  • 3 years of experience working directly with retail partners on collaborative planning, data/information sharing or other supply chain process improvement initiatives.
  • Functional working knowledge of ERP system (Oracle, SAP, SAS, etc.).
  • Able to analyze volumes of data to determine business implications and make actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to document and train multiple users
  • Able to present findings confidently to senior management and customers.

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $51,800 to $79,100 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
