Our success metric is customer satisfaction, and our goal is hyper-growth. We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team and play a critical role as we aim to grow and expand.

About the role:

As a Client Service Associate, you are a trusted member of the Operations team and deeply connected to the client’s relationship with Evergreen. You will aim to build strong relationships and provide world-class level service to our clients by ensuring that they receive a seamless, personalized experience. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, account management, and many other critical tasks. Take part of a team dedicated to making a difference in people’s financial lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Investigate root causes of process inefficiencies and make proposals on opportunities for process improvement
  • Take ownership, act with a sense of urgency and exceed expectations by over-communicating
  • Concentrate on developing a risk appetite to prevent and protect the firm and our clients
  • Work independently and in a team environment to maximize productivity in a most efficient manner
  • Actively seek opportunities to lead and contribute to initiatives outside immediate area of responsibility

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, banking, customer service, treasury, investments or portfolio management
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
  • Enhanced ability to understand requests for assistance and resolve them quickly and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Previous banking or financial service industry work experience is preferred
