As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, wearing many hats to ensure smooth operations. From coordinating interviews to communicating with candidates and supporting various recruitment initiatives, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced startup environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth story while gaining valuable exposure to all facets of HR and recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist in candidate communication, maintaining clear and timely correspondence to keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of job postings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our brand messaging.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Support the development of creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent through various channels.
  • Assist in organizing and attending recruiting events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experiences.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and tools.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable team player, eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the team's growth.
