The Role:

The Senior Associate of Internal Communications is critical to keep DailyPayers informed about the company’s strategy, performance, day-to-day happenings, cross-functional initiatives and more. They will ensure DailyPayers feel engaged and proud of our work and company mission. The Senior Associate of Internal Communications will report to the Director of Executive Communications, with whom they will work to partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure cross-functional content/distribution and effective employee engagement strategies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Help improve and supplement our multi-channel internal communications strategy
  • Establish governance and guidelines for internal communications. Develop foundational communication templates, materials, best practices and how to measure the effectiveness, reach and engagement
  • Support all-company communications events and channels, such as monthly All Hands meetings, newsletters and more
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on employee engagement strategies, events and content
  • Collaborate closely with ERGs and the Talent & DEI team to ensure initiatives and communications are inclusive

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability developing and executing an internal communications strategy
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and journalistic tendencies to source news and updates within the company
  • Demonstrated success with capturing complex information and shaping it into engaging, timely, and valuable content through multiple formats
  • Ability to communicate in a voice consistent with employees, leadership, values and culture

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
