IT Asset Manager

The Business Infrastructure team is looking for an experienced IT Asset Manager to join us. The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining Adyen's office hardware inventory, tracking and managing assets throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring that they are properly licensed, managed and secured.

What you’ll do

  • Help define and implement the asset life cycle and related processes
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive tracking and inventory system for Adyen’s office hardware assets
  • Prepare unused assets for long term storage with our vendors and arrange their pickup
  • Work together with our infrastructure procurement team to develop and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Work with colleagues in remote offices to arrange the return of assets to our central office as needed
  • Communicate with the Business Infrastructure on the status of the assets and determine the upcoming stock needs of the team
  • Ensure that all company assets are properly secured, including appropriate access controls

Who you are

  • Experience in IT asset management, tracking hardware, and implementing IT asset management policies
  • Excellent communication, highly organized and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, not one to shy away from manual labor
  • A self starter, eager to make improvements to our current processes
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and locations
